Here is a brief overview of the expectations from the job role. We have tried to be as precise as possible, but as a start-up, we work in a highly dynamic environment. Hence the actual job responsibilities may include or exclude some of the expectations mentioned here. As a sales representative, you will work closely with the Founder to complete the following tasks:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Hosting demos and discovering untapped customer needs.
Hosting workshops and training sessions to attract new business opportunities.
Strategizing and planning new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
At least 6 months demonstrated history of working in PAT and chemometrics domain.
